All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna. We do not store your payment details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been processed.
Some products may be ordered with a personalised dedication written by the author. Please note that personalised products are made to order and may have limited cancellation rights as described in Section 7.
All physical orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

These are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import charges — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For EU consumers, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If you are a UK consumer, you also retain the protection of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
