All physical orders from Zodiverse Publishing are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Personalised orders (signed copies with a custom dedication) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Zodiverse Publishing has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at loridze@thezodiverse.com with your order details and we will investigate.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at loridze@thezodiverse.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
